Organising & Decluttering
Helping you create order and a sense of calm by decluttering, sorting, and organising your home & garden. Together, we’ll design simple systems, so everything has a home and tidying up feels easier. My services include: - Whole-house & garden organising and decluttering - Storage solutions to make spaces functional and beautiful - Supporting house moves: sorting, downsizing, packing, and unpacking - Preparing homes for sale to present them at their best - Sensitive property clearing, liaising with third parties if needed - Paperwork and admin: diary management, filing, photos and emails to help bring clarity to your day-to-day life The goal isn’t perfection - it’s creating a flow that works for you, to reduce stress, and give you back the energy to enjoy your space.
How It Works
How it Begins
We’ll kick things off with a home visit or a virtual consultation to chat about your space, goals, and how I can help. Together, we’ll explore how to make your home & garden truly work for you, from selecting the right finishes to creating a space that’s as inviting as it is practical. We’ll also discuss which services suit your needs and start planning your project. This gives me a chance to estimate the time and cost involved and suggest any tweaks to fit your budget and style. If you’d like to move forward with me, we’ll book a date that works!
The Admin Bit
After our consultation, I’ll send you a confirmation email with all the appointment details, along with my terms and conditions. I try to be as flexible and fair as possible for my clients, but please note that there’s a cancellation fee if the appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time. Prefer to check those out in advance? They’re always available on my website, at the bottom of each page.
Appointment Day
We’ll have a quick recap of the plan before I dive into the project. If it’s an organising or decluttering session, your input might be helpful for decisions along the way. To keep track of progress, I might snap some before-and-after photos (a great way to see the transformation!). I’ll do as much as I can within the allocated time, but if the project takes longer than expected, I can prioritise tasks for the next visit or arrange another session with you.
After the Appointment
You’ll receive an email with your invoice and a chance to share feedback about my services. Regular clients are invoiced monthly, while one-off appointments are invoiced right after the session. Payments are due within 14 days of receiving the invoice.
