Growing up in Malmesbury, Wiltshire, I developed an appreciation for the importance of community, buying local and the beauty of our countryside, all of which inspired my commitment to sustainability. I moved to Bristol over 15 years ago and fell in love with our vibrant city, where I now live with my partner Ben and two sassy cats, Poppy and Daisy.

I’ve spent over 18 years working in HR, championing ethical work practices and helping individuals thrive. I have a knack for solving problems, improving processes, and challenging the norm to create meaningful change in society.​ I currently work part-time for a local business called Little Green Rooms, as the People and Culture Manager.

I’ve always felt a strong pull toward community-based work. I volunteer regularly with Feeding the Homeless in Bristol, and, in my last role, I pioneered a life recovery program for individuals overcoming addiction, which led to the successful placement of the first participant; a milestone I’m incredibly proud of.

In 2023, my partner and I took on a major house and garden renovation - a project that tested our patience but brought immense joy. The end result is a space we’re both incredibly proud of and it inspired me to consider a shift in my career to build my own business in a way that I could reconnect with Bristol’s amazing communities, alongside my part-time job. The care and quality I bring to my own home are the same principles I use to help transform others.
